MY FIRST NOVEL-
This work is set in the Southern Highlands in the National Forest. The characters in this book are portrayed as many of the local residents would be.
Although the characters are fictional, anyone familiar with this part of the country will readily identify some as folks they know either personally or by reputation.
Pot 'O Gold is a short story and it tells the story of Willie Smith, who is a hard working, church going, military veteran and his so-called partner who is a man of means and connections. Willie is simply trying to earn a living, his interactions with the various characters will lead Willie down the path of destruction.
Contributing to the story line is a Local Sheriff, a corrupt judge, a team of DEA agents and Forest Rangers and a shady character known only as Viper.
